I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The ambiance was beautiful, especially with the ponds and gardens making the stay special. However, there were issues with the service and the dining options, particularly with a lack of communication regarding restaurant availability. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they could use some deep cleaning. Overall, it has potential, but improvements are needed in specific areas.

My stay at the hotel was overall disappointing. The room was too hot, and the key cards were unreliable. On the positive side, the bar served decent food, and the area felt safe. However, the lack of meal service and an uncomfortable room setup made the experience frustrating. I won't be returning.
